Polarizing it (aka 'Forma-ing') resets your Warframe to level 0, but it lets you customize your build with the new polarity slots, so it's worth it!

I've forma'd my Warframes more times than I can count. It always goes back to level 0 but gives it better mod capacity. It's a grind, but worth it!

Polarization resets your Warframe to level 0. No leveling past 30.

Nope! Once you hit level 30 with a Warframe, polarization resets it back to level 0, but with an extra mod slot polarity. Time to grind again!
