Does Pro Color Protect from Field Wipes in MTG?
Absolutely not! 'Protection from [color]' doesn't save your creatures from 'destroy all creatures' effects or similar field wipes. Protection in MTG only prevents damage, enchanting/equipping, blocking, and targeting from anything of the specified color. Since most field wipes don't target or deal damage, your creatures with protection will be saying goodbye along with the others.

Short answer: No, it doesn't. Pro color means diddly squat against most board wipes since they don't target or deal damage directly.
From experience, nope. Had a deck filled with pro-color creatures thinking I was clever. Then a 'Wrath of God' happened. Tears were shed.
