Nope, you need a PS4 Pro for any kind of 4K experience.

I've got a PS4 Pro, and it rocks 4K for streaming, but games are usually upscaled, not native 4K.

Only the PS4 Pro supports 4K streaming and upscaled 4K gaming. The standard PS4 tops out at 1080p.
