Unfortunately, PS5 doesn't have native backward compatibility for PS3 discs. But, you can play PS3 through PlayStation Now's streaming service, which has a selection of PS3 titles. Happy gaming!

From personal experience, I can tell you that you can't pop in a PS3 disc into a PS5 and expect it to work. However, PlayStation Now has saved the day for those PS3 classics!
