Whichever one you set as primary in PayPal will be used. So, it's really up to you!

It's usually whatever you set up as your primary payment method. For me, it went with PayPal Credit first.

You can choose which payment method to use during the checkout process, so it doesn't automatically default to either PayPal Credit or your bank.
