Nope, your real name won't be displayed unless you specifically choose to share it with friends. Your gamer tag is what everyone sees by default.

Only if you set it up that way. By default, it shows your gamer tag, but you can share your real name with friends if you want.

PSN will keep your real name hidden unless you go out of your way to reveal it. Most people just use their gamer tags.
