I've tried this myself, and unfortunately, your PUBG Mobile account won't transfer to Steam. They're essentially two different games.

You can't transfer PUBG Mobile accounts to Steam. Totally separate ecosystems!

In short, no. PUBG Mobile and Steam versions are independent, so you cannot transfer progress or purchases.
