Unfortunately, Red Dead Redemption 2 is locked at 30fps on the Xbox Series X. You’ll have to wait for an official patch or update from Rockstar for 60fps.

Nope, RDR2 runs at a capped 30fps on Xbox Series X, even with the backward compatibility boost.
