Honestly, Rock Lee's feelings for Sakura aren't really a big focus in Naruto Shippuden. So, it's kinda left up in the air.
Rock Lee definitely had a huge crush on Sakura in the original series, but in Shippuden, he seems to move on. Really, who has time for crushes when you're busy being a badass ninja?
From my perspective, Lee's feelings for Sakura aren't as prominent in Shippuden. He's too busy kicking butt and taking names!
