Nope! Rotation C in the Elite Sanctuary Onslaught (ESO) resets after every 8 waves. After that, you're back to Rotation A.

Yeah, it's basically like starting over. You get through 8 waves, hit Rotation C, then it goes back to the beginning.
It starts over. So after you hit Rotation C, you go back to Rotation A.
