Nope, they don't cancel each other. Seedborn Muse works around Savor the Moment's downside by giving you untaps on opponents' turns. It's a neat combo if you think about it!

Actually, it's kind of a yes and no situation. Seedborn Muse does let you untap during other players' turns, but if you're hoping to fully negate the effects of Savor the Moment with just Seedborn Muse, you're out of luck. You still skip your untap phase after Savor the Moment.
Totally not! Seedborn Muse lets you untap your permanents during other players' untap steps. Savor the Moment skips your next untap step but still lets you play a turn without untapping. So, if you cast Savor the Moment while Seedborn Muse is on the field, you won't untap your stuff on your next turn, but you’ll get to untap on other players’ turns thanks to the Muse. They work together in a funky way but definitely don’t cancel each other out!
