I've scoured the galaxy for any hint of HOTAS support in Starfield, but alas, there seems to be none. Maybe modders will step in? Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately, Starfield does not officially support HOTAS (Hands On Throttle and Stick) setups. It's mainly optimized for controllers and keyboard-mouse gaming.
