The Steam Deck itself is designed with a native 1280x800 resolution display, meaning it doesn't support 4K resolution directly on the device. However, when docked and connected to an external display, it can output at higher resolutions. It's not natively 4K, but with the right setup, you can get a higher resolution display out of it.

Nope, the Steam Deck won't give you 4K gaming directly. It's all about portability, not maxing out resolutions.

Got a Steam Deck and tried hooking it up to my 4K monitor. It works, but not in 4K. The Deck's more about taking your games on the go, less about ultra-high res.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
