Yeah, Steam can work on a Chromebook, but it's a bit of a hack. You've gotta enable Linux (Beta) on your Chromebook first, then install Steam through the Linux terminal. It's not super straightforward, and performance really depends on your Chromebook's specs. Don't expect to run the latest AAA games, but some less demanding titles should work alright.

I've got Steam running on my Chromebook! It's not perfect, and you have to jump through some hoops with Linux, but it's pretty cool being able to play some of my favorite games. Just manage your expectations, and check the game requirements.

Steam on a Chromebook? Good luck with that. It's doable with Linux, but why bother when it's not built for gaming? Stick to gaming PCs.

Technically yes, but it's not worth the hassle. Performance issues are a big buzzkill.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
