Nope, Sub Power Up doesn't boost the Bomb Rush. It affects the main sub weapon performance but not specials.

I spent hours testing this, and Sub Power Up had zero impact on Bomb Rush. You're better off focusing on other abilities.

Sorry folks, Sub Power Up doesn't do anything for Bomb Rush in Splatoon 2. Stick to Ink Saver or Special Charge Up instead!
