Does support trigger Feather in MTG?
BeatingDebit路7 months agoYes, it does! Feather, the Redeemed, triggers whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a creature you control. So if you're using a support spell like a buff or protection that specifically targets one or more of your creatures, Feather will indeed trigger, allowing you to return that spell to your hand at the beginning of the next end step. It's a great way to reuse those valuable spells and keep your creatures safe or beefed up!

Nah, you're looking at it wrong. It's not just any support spell. The spell has to specifically TARGET a creature you control. AOE (Area of Effect) spells won't work with Feather.
Absolutely! Feather's all about getting those spells back. Just make sure the spell specifically targets one of your creatures. General effects won't trigger Feather.
I've been playing Feather in Commander for ages, and yes, targeted support spells are Feather's bread and butter. Casting something like 'Gods Willing' on your creature not only protects it but also ensures that you get to cast it again next turn. Feather's ability is a powerhouse!
