For the most part, yup. However, there are a few differences here and there, but nothing too drastic!
As someone who's read the manga and watched the anime, I can tell you the anime stays true to the main story arcs and major plot points from the manga.
It does, but like any adaptation, some parts are sped up or altered slightly.
