Unfortunately, there are no private servers for ESO. You will have to play on the official servers with everyone else.

Nope, Elder Scrolls Online doesn't offer private servers. You've got to play on the official megaservers.

As of now, you can't have private servers in The Elder Scrolls Online. It's official servers only, folks.
