Sadly, the Note 9 no longer comes with V-Bucks. That was a limited-time promotional offer when the phone first launched.

I got my Note 9 recently and it didn't include any V-Bucks. Guess the party's over!

Nope, Samsung stopped the V-Bucks promo for the Note 9. You'll have to buy 'em separately!
