I tried the One Punch Man workout for three months. Got stronger and lost some weight, but make sure you’re eating enough and getting rest!

Absolutely! The One Punch Man workout routine of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run daily definitely works—for Saitama. For us mere mortals, it can be a great conditioning routine, but it’s important to consider your current fitness level and avoid overtraining.
Tried it for a week. My body hated me. I'd recommend a more balanced workout plan.
It's not realistic for most people. Saitama’s regimen lacks balance, especially in muscle recovery and variation to prevent injury.
