Nope, the PS4 controller itself doesn't have a built-in microphone. It does have a 3.5mm headphone jack, though, so you can plug in a headset with a mic!

I鈥檝e been playing on PS4 for years, and the controller definitely doesn鈥檛 have a mic. Just plug in a headset with a mic into the jack on the controller.
