Absolutely, Time and Tide can work with Suspend in MTG, but not in the way you might think. Time and Tide phases in or out all creatures and lands that are phased out, but Suspend temporarily removes cards from the game and sets them to be cast later. So, while Time and Tide won't directly affect suspended cards (since they're not phased), it can be a useful combo if you're also using cards that phase your stuff out.

Nope. Time and Tide deal with phasing, not suspending. Suspend cards aren't on the battlefield to phase in or out. Different mechanics, so they don't interact.

From personal experience, mixing Time and Tide with Suspend cards isn't the powerhouse combo some think it is. Tried it in a casual deck, more for fun than competitive play. Time and Tide is cool with phased things, but suspended cards are just chilling outside the game waiting to come in. Still, fun to try out weird interactions!
