Yeah, it has some pretty gnarly moments. If you're not into graphic content, it could definitely be a bit much.
Tokyo Ghoul is definitely intense and has some graphic scenes. If you're squeamish, it might make you a bit queasy, but it's worth it!
Honestly, I've got a strong stomach, so it didn't bother me. If you can handle horror movies, you'll be fine.
