Yep, Valorant does have a region lock, but don't let that discourage you! The game matches you based on the region you set during account creation to ensure the best possible playing experience. If you ever need to change regions, you'll have to reach out to Riot support - they can sort that out for you but it might take a bit of time.

Simple answer: Yes, it does. Valorant's system assigns you to a server based on your geographical location to keep the ping low and the game fair. So, you play where you stay!

Absolutely it has, and for good reasons! Kept me from playing with my cousin in Australia, but hey, at least we both get smooth gameplay without any lag. Just a heads up, switching regions isn't a walk in the park, so pick wisely or be prepared to chat with support.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
