Nope, Xbox One doesn't have built-in Bluetooth support. You'll need to use wired connections or the Xbox Wireless adapters for accessories.

Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth directly. You gotta use their own proprietary wireless solutions for headsets and controllers.
