Nope, not directly. You need a special adapter that is almost impossible to find now.

Yes, but you need an adapter. Unfortunately, Microsoft discontinued it, so you might have to hunt down a used one.

I got my Xbox 360 Kinect to work with my Xbox One using the adapter. It was a bit of a hassle but totally worth it for those dance games!
