The Xbox 360 wheel isn't directly compatible with the Xbox One due to differences in technology. But, you can use an adapter like the CronusMAX or DriveHub to bridge the gap!

I tried it myself, and the Xbox 360 wheel needs an adapter to work on the Xbox One. The DriveHub adapter worked like a charm for me!
