Nope, your community in State of Decay 2 doesn't auto heal. You'll need to manage your supplies and use meds to heal up those weary survivors.
I once waited for my community to magically heal, but turns out, you need to put in the effort to keep them healthy!
Auto healing? In my zombie apocalypse? Not happening! Get those supplies and make it work.
