Nope, once you hit level 50 in Fallout 76, your HP stops increasing with each level. What you can do, though, is continue to tweak and optimize your build with the perk cards you unlock or swap out as you level up further.
Actually, after level 50, it's all about strategy. Your HP might hit a cap, but your game doesn't have to. Make those perk choices count and deck out your gear.
