Terraria, hands down. The depth of content from items to bosses and the ability to mod gives it endless playability. Plus, building your own fortress can be super satisfying.
I love DST, but Terraria is just on another level. The amount of stuff you can do is insane - from fighting epic bosses to spelunking in vast caves. Plus, multiplayer Terraria is a blast with friends!
