I tried the One Punch Man workout for a month! Those 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 10km run daily were brutal, but I felt like a beast by the end!
Dude, I tried it for a week and could barely move afterwards. Respect to anyone who can keep that up!
Nah, that workout's too extreme. There are better, more balanced routines out there.
