First off, double-check if your PS Plus subscription is still active. Sometimes it can lapse, and you may not realize it!
Make sure you're signed into the correct PlayStation Network account. You might be logged into a different one without PS Plus.
Had this issue once. Turns out I needed to update my system software. Check if your PS4/PS5 has any pending updates!
