Double-check your console settings. The main PS Plus account must be set as the primary account for other users to enjoy its benefits.

Make sure the account that has PS Plus is set as the primary account on your PS4 or PS5. It should allow other accounts on the same console to access online multiplayer!

In my experience, setting the PS Plus account as the primary on the console solved this problem. Worked like a charm for my siblings!
