You might need to visit the PlayStation Store and manually claim the PS Plus Fortnite pack. It doesn’t always auto-appear.

Make sure you're logged into the same PSN account that has the PS Plus subscription. Sometimes restarting your console helps.

I had this issue too! Just go to the PlayStation Store, search for Fortnite, and see if the PS Plus Celebration Pack is there to download.

They sometimes rotate out the PS Plus packs in Fortnite. Check the PlayStation Blog or Epic Games website to see if it’s available right now.
