Nope, you don't need to sign in to PSN to use QCMA! QCMA is an open-source application for managing content on your PlayStation Vita or PlayStation TV without needing to be connected to PSN.

Absolutely not! QCMA operates independently of PSN, letting you manage files without needing to log in.

Actually, you can use QCMA without signing in to PSN. I've done it plenty of times to back up my Vita games!
