You can't do it. EA only allows one PSN account per EA account.

I tried linking a second PSN account to my EA account, but it didn't work. Had to make a separate EA account for the second PSN.

Nope, you can only link one PSN account to an EA account at a time. EA doesn't support multiple PSN accounts linked to a single EA account.
