Unfortunately, you can't technically have two houses on the same plot in Bloxburg, but you can use multiple plots! Each additional plot costs 300 Robux.
No way to have two houses on the same plot, but buying a second plot with Robux is your best bet. Easy peasy.
From personal experience: I tried cramming two houses on one plot. It didn't work. Just invest in another plot for 300 Robux!
