Hot Wheels cars start their life as a detailed design concept, which then gets turned into a 3D model by some super talented designers. Next, molds are created from these models. The cars are die-cast from zamac, a zinc alloy. They're painted, detailed with those tiny cool decals we all love, and then the wheels and the axles are assembled. Last but not least, they receive a glossy finish to make them shine like the beauties they are on the shelves and in our collections.

Actually, it's magic. Tiny car fairies sprinkle some dust, and voil脿, you've got yourself a Hot Wheels car. Okay, not really, but the process from concept design to your shelf is pretty magical.

Hot Wheels manufacturing is pretty fascinating. They're made of a zinc alloy called zamac. The process involves designing, molding, casting, painting, and assembling. It's like mini engineering marvels on four wheels.
