Selling Magic The Gathering cards? The best way depends on what you're after! Looking for quick cash? Local game stores (LGS) might be your spot, but they'll usually offer less since they need to profit. Online marketplaces like eBay or TCGPlayer can get you closer to market value, especially for high-value or rare cards. Just remember, with great power (and higher prices) comes great responsibility (shipping, fees, and dealing with buyers). And for the social butterflies, don't underestimate the power of community—Facebook groups and forums can be gold for finding buyers keen on what you're selling.

Honestly, if you're not in a rush, hold onto 'em. The value of some MTG cards can skyrocket over time. I've made more holding onto certain cards for a year or two than I would have dumping them quick.

eBay. Period. Best place to get the most bang for your buck, if you don't mind the hustle of listing, shipping, and dealing with buyers.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
