Just cleared some space on my PC for it, and it was around 31 GB. Make sure you got at least 40 GB free though, updates ain't small!
Too big if you ask me. Miss the days when games were like 1GB max.
On my Switch it didn't feel too hefty, definitely less than on PC or consoles. Still, expect a good chunk of your memory to go bye-bye.
