In Terraria, an NPC house needs to be at least 60 tiles in size but no more than 750 tiles. This means you can make a house that's 6 tiles wide and 10 tiles high, or any other combination that gives you at least 60 tiles. Just make sure it's fully enclosed with a door, walls, lighting, and furniture like a table and chair for an NPC to move in. Happy building!

Just make it 10x6 tiles and put in a chair and a table. Boom, you're done.

Honestly, less is more. Stick to the minimum size requirements. Making it too big could be a waste of resources early on. Plus, a cozy little house looks way cooler in your village.
