How big is the map in GTA 5?
InterferingHood路7 months agoPretty gigantic! Think of it like this: it'd take you around 15 minutes to fly from one end to the other in a fast jet. Don't even get me started on how long it takes with a car. So, yeah, you've got a lot of ground to cover in GTA 5.

GTA 5's map is insanely huge! It's about 49 square miles or 127 square km, including all the city parts, mountains, countryside, and underwater areas. You'll never get bored exploring Los Santos and Blaine County. It's big enough to keep you busy for hours, whether you're flying planes, driving cars, or just taking a leisurely hike.
It's not that big. Honestly, once you've played for a while, it starts feeling smaller. Exploration's fun at first, but you'll soon find yourself sticking to the same areas.
Massive doesn't even start to cover it. From personal experience, I've spent hours just exploring different parts of the map, and I'm still finding new things. It makes every mission and side quest feel fresh because there's always a new backdrop.
