The Steam Deck's dimensions are 298mm x 117mm x 49mm, which makes it a sizable but portable gaming device. It's definitely not as pocket-sized as your typical smartphone, but it's compact enough to carry around in a bag for gaming on the go.
Honestly, it's the perfect size. Big enough screen to enjoy the games, but still portable. I've been hauling mine around since launch, and it's the best travel companion for long flights or waits.
