Downloaded it last week, it's roughly 15-16 GB for Ultimate on Switch, but older versions are smaller.
Just gonna squeeze in here to say the file size varies by platform. Ultimate on Switch is ~16 GB.
If you’re thinking about the older versions, they’re much smaller. Ultimate though is 16 GB on Switch.
