So, to buy a new house in Bloxburg, just go into Build Mode and select the house icon. From there, you can either build a new one from scratch or choose one of the pre-built houses! Don't forget you'll need enough in-game money to make the purchase.
Just click on the mailbox at your plot, enter Build Mode, and select a new house. Done and done!
