In Magic The Gathering, cards usually come into play tapped due to various spells or abilities. However, there are certain cards and abilities that allow cards to come into play untapped. For instance, some lands have the ability 'enters the battlefield untapped if you control a certain type of land or if you meet another condition'. Also, creatures and other permanents might enter the battlefield untapped through abilities like 'flash' which can bypass the usual summoning sickness or tapped status if played at the right time. Always check the specific wording on the card!

Honestly, most cards do come into play tapped, and that's part of the strategy. But yeah, look for those special abilities or lands that break the rule.

Just play a card that says it comes into play untapped. Easy peasy.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
