Just call PlayStation Support. That's the only way to cancel your PSN account.
To cancel your PSN account, you need to contact PlayStation Support directly. You can reach them through the [official PlayStation support website](https://support.playstation.com/). Just a heads up, they'll permanently delete your account and all purchases, so be sure that's what you want!
I canceled mine by contacting PlayStation Support via chat on their website. They asked for my account info and handled the rest. It took a bit of time, but it worked!
