Unfortunately, you can't change your PSN country after creating your account. Your best bet is to make a new one with the right region!

You can鈥檛 directly change your country on PSN. But, you can create a new account with the desired country. Just make sure to use a new email address.
From personal experience, creating a new account with the correct country setting is the way to go. I had to do this when I moved from the UK to the US. It was annoying but totally worth it for the regional store access.
Hot Take: Just move to a different country IRL. Jk, creating a new account is your only real option.
