I've done it myself. All you need to do is head over to Settings > Contact > Add Email. After verifying, make it primary and say goodbye to the old one!
Settings -> Contact Info -> Add email address -> Verify new email -> Done.
Go to your Settings. Add a new email under Contact Info, verify it, then set it as your primary email. Finally remove the old one if needed.
