I've switched mine a few times. Just open the game, click your current pic at the top, and you should see an edit option. Pick a new one from your phone or linked accounts.

To change your picture in PUBG Mobile, go to your profile by tapping your avatar in the top-right corner. Then, click the small pencil icon next to your current picture and select a new one from your gallery or linked social media account!
